We route orders using an advanced algorithm, taking into account the end customer's address, where the product is available, and other factors. 99% of the time, the algorithm chooses the closest fulfillment center to your end customer, but rarely—usually if a product is unavailable—it will be routed to another location.
Custom All Over Designed Clothing
All orders are custom made when you order and take between 2-7 business days to create our cut & sew products plus shipping time to your location. The production and shipping speed depends on the product type and destination.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 business days. In peak periods please allow 3 days for dispatch.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
ChillVista.com is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If the parcel is showing as being delivered by the local courier to the correct address, we are not liable to offer a replacement.
In the event we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order and issue a replacement at no charge.
SHIPPING LOGISTICS
For logistical reasons, items may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if they are from a combined order. In this event, all packages are allocated their own unique Tracking No. that can be tracked here

CUSTOMS & VAT UK
Following the UK's departure from the EU VAT scheme on 1st January 2021, VAT is now charged at the point of sale at the current UK VAT rate of 20%. For all orders placed after 01.01.21, UK VAT will be declared by and is the responsibility of us, the company, in line with the new UK Brexit Legislation.
REST OF THE WORLD
When purchasing from us, you are liable for any additional customs and import fees should they be applied in the country of destination.
