All our clothing products are custom made to order. Please note that all sales are final. However, if you believe there was an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong size, color or a damaged item, we are here to assist you.

We kindly ask that you reach out to us promptly to allow us to address and resolve the issue effectively. 3. Condition of Returned Items: 

ChillVista will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the quality and integrity of our products.
